30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at infobeautelle@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at infobeautelle@gmail.com with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned after 30 days of delivery
• Used, damaged, or items missing original packaging
• Final-sale items (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
